Pixies Holt

The Year 6 children have been on a fantastic weekend trip to Pixies Holt, Dartmoor. Here they can experience a whole range of activities from caving to orienteering around Soussons Wood. They all appreciated the full cooked breakfast to prepare them for the day ahead, especially as they had to complete a 4 mile hike around Houndtor.

Work

This year, Year 6 have completed many projects. One being the Companies Project. The children worked as groups to design, make and sell a given product, such as key-rings or fridge magnets. The children also teamed up with a school in Holland to complete their project on an international level.
