CD Album

Back in 1999 we released our first music album on CD.

Children from years five and six at the school, as well as previous students from former years spent many evenings in a classroom recording their chosen songs.

This year with the opening of the new buildings we were able to transform one of the older classrooms into a dedicated music room and recording studio. Now we are looking forward to producing our second CD with more of the students and maybe even some of the staff!

Now we are able to use the new studio to record songs using high quality music equipment with the help of some very gifted members of staff who joined the school in September.

Promotional DVD

Our first recording in the new studio has been a previous student returning after featuring on our first CD to sing "Greatest Love Of All" as sung by Whitney Houston. After the recording was over, she did some filming around the school and helped to produce a 4 minute music video.

Year 6 have also taken part in an "Eggy Challenge" requiring them to design and build a self-propelled car that will take an egg across the hall as far as possible. A DVD has been made of the event which has proved to be very popular with students, staff and visitors.
